Hanner marathon Caerdydd / Cardiff half marathon
Wel fe lwyddais i gwblhau hanner marathon Caerdydd mewn amser o 1 awr a 54 munud. Diolch yn fawr am bob cyfraniad tuag at waith DASH yng Ngheredigion. Mae DASH yn trefnu amrywiaeth o gynlluniau hamdden i blant a phobl ifanc anabl yng Ngheredigion.ac yn gwneud hyn er mwyn i blant anabl lleol a’u teuluoedd gael gwell ansawdd bywyd gyda mynediad at ddewis ehangach o gyfleusterau hamdden a chyfleoedd eraill. Gall rhieni a gofalwyr gael cyfle am seibiant i fagu nerth tra bod y plant a’r bobl ifanc anabl yn cael amser eu hunain ar gyfer datblygiad personol, cymdeithasol a chreadigol mewn amgylchedd croesawgar a hwyliog.
I did manage to complete the Cardiff half marathon in a time of 1 hour and 54 minutes. Thank you for all the contributions which will go towards the work of DASH in Ceredigion. DASH organises a variety of leisure schemes for disabled children and young people within the county of Ceredigion. The aim is to ensure that local disabled children and their families can have a better quality of life with access to a wide choice of leisure facilities and opportunities. Parents and carers get time to recharge their batteries and disabled children and young people get time of their own for personal, social and creative development in a welcoming and fun environment.
