This year I want to raise some money for a brilliant local charity by running the Bristol 10k.
Baby Bank Network is bringing mums across Bristol together to support and help families with new babies that need a helping hand.
At the moment Baby Bank is based out of a building in Southmead. They need funds to secure new premises and ideally employ a part time staff member.
This May I was elected to Bristol City Council to be ward councillor for Southmead.
I want to support and help this amazing local charity, but most importantly many of the families that Baby Bank support are in Southmead and we need to make sure that they continue to receive this valuable, practical help and support.
