Hello!
In September 2015 I'm doing a skydive to raise money for Friends of Phoenix, a charity supporting the Phoenix school for special needs in Peterborough.
This is a charity close to the heart of myself and my family, Phoenix school provides specialist care for children with special learning needs and disabilities. It promotes the intellectual, personal, social, creative and physical development of each pupil, preparing them for transition into adulthood, as well as providing them with unique opportunities to do things they perhaps wouldn't otherwise be able to do... such as swimming, horse riding, and holidays.
It's a truly exceptional school that brings light in to the lives of children and families who have, and are struggling, with the difficulties and grief that severe disability can bring.
