Humber Bridge Half Marathon - Tom and Aaron

Tom and Aaron are running the Humber Bridge Half Marathon for SHE UK, a Nottinghamshire based charity which provides essential help and support to survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, and sexual violence. SHE and MENding work holistically with survivors and offer the long term support that is so necessary to healing and thriving after these experiences. They offer a range of services from 1-1 therapy, lounges that increase connectivity and confidence and training, and have an amazing staff base - many of which work as volunteers.
