Tough Mudder 2018 for Rowan

Rosie, Huw, Katie G and Katie S are taking part in this year's Tough Mudder in aid of Rowan, Irwin Mitchell Cambridge office's charity of the year. On 8th July they will be taking on the challenge of a running a 5 mile course and tackling 13 obstacles...through the mud! Rowan is a fantastic Cambridge based charity and arts centre for people with learning disabilities. They provide a safe, creative and welcoming environment and use the arts as a tool to bring people together; break down issues of social exclusion and improve health and wellbeing. www.rowanhumberstone.co.uk All donations very gratefully received!
