Josie passed away on Monday December 5th, having turned 93 in August.
Josie was a member of MHA Communities in Winchester (formerly Live at Home) and went on many outings and some annual holidays with them. She was fortunate to always have enough money to be able to treat herself and she greatly enjoyed these opportunities. In the current ‘cost of living’ crisis there are many older people who can’t afford to spend their money on having fun. With this in mind, Josie's family have set up this page for those who wish to contribute in her memory, this will be used to subsidise outings and holidays for isolated older people to make more happy memories.
