I'm going Nuts for Prospex and doing the Nuts Challenge a 7K through over 100 muddy obstacles.
The small charity Prospex works with children and young people aged 8-18 in Islington. The team work with children and young people through youth hub nights, one-2-ones, street teams and a girls group. Day in day out they help young people achieve their potential.
My partner Carole works for Prospex and completed the challenge last year and now its my turn to beat her time of 2hours 40 minutes.
