In just under 2 weeks I'm running the Bath Half Marathon to raise money for Off The Record, a charity that aims to promote emotional health and wellbeing in young people. It offers free and accessible support groups and counselling, and given the current statistics for the number of young people struggling with mental health issues, and the prolonged waiting lists for strained traditional NHS services such as CAMHS, it's more important than ever to support charities like Off The Record which offer open and accessible support through other routes.
I'm really excited to run the Bath Half; this is my first half marathon and training has been a big commitment but I've definitely enjoyed it!
It would be great if you could spare any amount of money to donate to this very important cause!
