Running for ROK

ROK - Reach out 2 Kids - is a massively important charity. It's run by a small, passionate team of volunteers that give up their sleep and free time to help young people from BAME and working class backgrounds to break barriers and achieve their aspirations. ROK works to a more meritocratic society that guides young people who want to achieve great things but don't know how. ROK get professionals into schools, run workshops and set up industry days that show young people what to expect from a working environment and how to prepare themselves for those roles. I'm running the Brighton Marathon this April. Any support you can give this great charity will be a massive motivator and much appreciated.
