I’m getting my running shoes on again and taking on the Plymouth 10k as well as raising money for local children’s charity Jeremiah’s Journey. Jeremiah’s Journey is a local self-funded charity that offers support and information to children and families who have experienced or are anticipating the death of someone special. They provide a service for children and their families living in Plymouth and the immediate surrounding area.
They see many families each year and always aim to support children through their grief in a way that is most appropriate to each individual family. Many of the children that we meet are facing the death of one of their parents. We also meet with children who have been bereaved of a sibling, grandparent or someone else who has been very special to them.
Any donation, no matter the amount will be hugely appreciated!
