You may not have heard of Jeremiah's Journey. It's a small local charity based in Plymouth. The thing is, it may be small but it does the most fantastic work supporting children who've lost someone special in their life. Children who've lost a parent or sibling through sudden and often traumatic circumstances such as a car accident or suicide.
Being a small charity means that every single penny that's raised really makes a difference to them. Last year, Jeremiah's Journey were there for 220 children who were trying to come to terms with their loss.
