Jesse's Summer Skydive

Hi Guys My name is Jesse and this summer I will be taking part in a Tandem Skydive to raise money for a local youth charity called WAYC WAYC for those who are new to our charity has for the past 60 years inspired young people across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull. They work directly with vulnerable young people specifically those diagnosed with mental health illnesses and those for whom its no longer safe to live at home (living in care/care leavers). They employ a team of professionally qualified youth workers who meet young people where they are at and use specialist projects which are fun, entertaining and informative, and one-to-one focused support to inspire young people to overcome the barriers and challenges they are facing and succeed in every aspect of life. Last year WAYC worked directly with 595 young people. As well as all this they continue to support local youth projects and youth workers. Last year they raised £120,000 for local youth projects and trained over 1000 volunteers. The date of the jump will be at Hinton Airfield at the end of June/beginning of July and I will be jumping from 13,300ft and falling at speeds over 120mph.
