Our local pool is threatened with closure so the friends of Jubilee Pool are raising money to help make a Community Asset Transfer Bid. This really could be the pool's last chance to survive! So local residents will be swimming an hour each over a 24 hour period. My aim is to do 60 lengths but we'll see!
The pool is a fantastic asset to our local community. Our kids have been swimming there since they were babies, it's a beautiful building and it even has a gym now too! It would be so sad to see it close.
