Team Fundraisers
Hi there, I'm joining the Jubilee-a-thon to raise money for my beloved local pool. As you all know, our family have been fighting to save it in one way or another for the last 5 years and we are now so close, but, we need funds to complete the next step of the process - Transferring the building into the community (legal fees etc). Once we have wrestled it off Marvin, we can then give it the TLC it badly needs and keep it safe for the future.
This is a collective challenge (you can find out more on the link on the page) but as I'm sure you'll want to know what you're getting for your money(!) - I'm going to try for a personal best of 100 lengths in an hour (double my usual distance & a mile (& a bit) possibly in a some form of fancy dress, just because..! :-)
I will be super grateful for whatever you can/would like to donate, big or small.
