Off The Record is a charity that helps young people with mental health and general wellbeing. I would like to try and raise money for this organisation as they have helped me and have many amazing services that specialise in helping young people through difficult times.
Mental health affects 1 in 4 people yet is still somehow a subject that isn't talked about enough, so I'm hoping to also raise awareness and help put an end to mental health stigma.
I'll be shaving my much loved coloured hair off in an attempt to get people to donate! If you feel you would like to help raise money please leave a donation. Thank you!
