Our support workers are essential to the sucess of what we do, providing support and training not only for students with learning disabilities, but by training, guiding and co ordinating over 20 volunteers to provide 121 support to students.

Lack of specialised supported training for people with learning disabilities in the area where students can get the combination of a qualification and experience. it like an apprenticeship for a person with learning disabilities.

Students gain qualifications in Hospitality and Catering along with the experience in a working environment in such a way that their confidence and self esteeem enables them to compete for mainstrem employment opportunities.
