When my mum Erika believed she should do something she showed incredible resilience including walking long distances to church well into her later years. Hopefully I'll be able chanel some of this attitude for the Norfolk Marathon which travels through her home village of Trunch. I'm raising funds in her memory to help support EPIC Norfolk to provide exercise therapy sessions for people living with dementia, frailty and cognitive impairment.
