On April 29th, Tom, Ash and John completed the 200k cycle from London, to Bath.

Mental health is currently a real buzz word, especially with the Royals getting behind it. And it should be. People suffering do so, more often than not, because of something that happened to them while they were a child. Trauma, abuse, bullying, bereavement, the list goes on. This wind of change is a welcome one. It's tragic that vulnerable victims carry on being stigmatised, but at last this is starting to shift. However in our current financial climate money is still being taken away from mental health support.
Supporting this ride will help Off the Record support young people in crisis. I've seen their work and their approach, and as someone in the industry, I believe in it and want to support it. It's also great value for money. They didn't have to pay for a spot on this ride (for instance charities pay up to £1500 for a place on the London Marathon). We didn't have to pay for a spot on this ride. (No entrance fee, no minimum donation). We planned it all ourselves.
We are still a small way from our £900 target, can you help us reach it?
