I'm running the Plymouth 10k in support of a longstanding local charity, the Plymouth Guild.
Please help me reach a target of £50 before race day on Sunday 9th October.
I'm proud to say I work for the Plymouth Guild and hope I can raise some much needed funds for a charity that has been supporting the people of Plymouth for over 100 years by providing information, advice and support to people with disabilities and long term health conditions.
