Working together for a better quality of life for people with disabilities and health problems. We help individuals to shape their own solutions for a better quality of life by providing appropriate and accessible health and social care services. We assist in the development of other voluntary and community organizations, particularly through enabling volunteering.
Why the community needs usPeople with disabilities and long term health conditions and their carers are helped to shape their own solutions for a better quality of life by providing appropriate and accessible health and social care services. We also help benefit people who want to volunteer and contribute to their local communities by linking them up with a range of local community organisations. We help approximately 16,000 people per year from Plymouth and the surrounding area.
