HI, I am Lucy, I live in one of the Flats at the YMCA with my Partner. I am taking part in Sleep Easy on 16th March because I want to give something back . Before coming to the YMCA, I was homeless on and off for 10 years. I know how scary and awful it is to sleep on the streets. Thankfully, the YMCA gave me a space in the hostel and after 2 months , I was given my own YMCA Flat. I feel very fortunate and due to the support given to me by YMCA staff I am now happy, have less anxiety issues and am actively seeking work. Please support the fantastic work the YMCA are doing by making a donation ( no donation is too small).
