I've been raising money for charities for many years and this year one of the causes I'm raising money for is Hazel's Memorable Holidays (HMH). In order to do this I'll be taking part in the BUPA Great North 10K and the BUPA Great North Run. It would be great if you would help me to raise money for such a worthwhile cause. HMH gives people with cancer in the North East of England and Cumbria a holiday for a week. It is so important that people have time away to relax with family and friends. Thanks Mark Armstrong
