Three years ago I have discovered what a blessing aging is - it gives me a brilliant opportunity to bring my incredible friends from all the different areas of my life together...
...and show how amazing people I know :-)
I've been thinking: What could make my birthday even more awesome?
How about making the World a better place?
I've noticed that even if I say no gifts people feel obliged to bring some when going to a birthday.
The problem is I am a very simple man and I don't need much. Plus when it comes to receiving I'm very awkward :-)
So here's a perfect alternative instead of physical gifts please help me make a difference where it matters.
I have had the privilege to become a mentor at A Band of Brothers (http://abandofbrothers.org.uk) - an organisation that helps young men who had a difficult start to life regain power over their own lives.
The programs A Band of Brothers runs are absolutely transformational and I am speaking from experience as all the mentors go through the same journey first.
