Hello and welcome - I am running the Bristol Half Marathon for charity on Sunday 26th September and would really appreciate your support! 😄
I am raising funds for Bristol City of Sanctuary because I support their mission to build a culture of
welcome, inclusion and solidarity for people seeking sanctuary in the Bristol region.
Bristol City of Sanctuary:
- raise awareness of what it means to seek sanctuary in Bristol
- advocate for a fair and humane asylum system
- work to embed welcome in the city of Bristol
Among other things, BCoS work with this huge list of organisations that offer support, solidarity and advice to people seeking sanctuary in the city https://bristol.cityofsanctuary.org/what-we-do/bristol-organisations
For all of the above reasons I support Bristol City of Sanctuary and I hope that you will too, by donating any small amount that you can spare, to a fantastic cause!
