Mia's Wood Charity Ball and Auction on Saturday 23rd November 2013, to be held the beautiful Horwood House in Buckinghamshire, promises to be a superb evening of fun, entertainment and fund-raising. A black tie event, with only 180 tickets available for sale, it will to be a very special evening, with the opportunity to bid for unique and interesting auction items. Everyone enjoys dressing up and dancing - and this is for a good cause! AUCTION ITEMS INCLUDE :- a deluxe box of 12 French wines worth over £300 ; a luxury Christmas pudding and Christmas cake ; one night's accommodation at Horwood House ; a pampering session and haircut ; a custom-made celebration cake for any occasion made to your specifications.

We hope that this first Charity Ball will become a major annual fundraiser in the future for Mia's Wood. It is an opportunity to generate important funds while bringing awareness of Mia's Wood to a wider group of people, by giving them a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We hope it will become an established item on the local social calendar, and help fund the creation of a special environment at Mia's Wood, stimulating in children a love of nature, creative thinking and a sense of wonder.
