Team Fundraisers
MK YMCA supports 500+ homeless and formerly homeless young people each year. Until recently the support we provide to these young people was part-funded by Milton Keynes Council. However, at the end of last year this funding was cut leaving a hole in our annual budgets to the tune of £194,094 (15% of our turnover).
We now need to generate this income through other means and we are therefore beginning a fundraising programme designed to replace our lost funding. Desperate times call for desperate measures and to start our fundraising efforts I will be jumping out of a plane 15 kilometers up and falling to earth at 120 miles per hour!
