Team Fundraisers
Hi everyone,
I'm taking part in a fundraiser for the Paul Popham Fund. ( renal support wales) The charity helps renal patients from all ages across Wales to receive a better quality of life.
I'm going to be cycling from Paris to Swansea in a 4 day event in the beginning of August 2017 to raise as much money as we can for this brilliant charity.
