MK Act supports over 2000 people a year who are affected by domestic abuse in Milton Keynes.
Over 2 victims per week are killed by current or ex-partners. 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men in the UK will experience domestic violence in their lifetime. Milton Keynes has the highest repeat level of incidents in the Thames valley area. On average a person will be assaulted 35 times before they call the police. MK Act works to support survivors of domestic abuse to make positive choices to keep themselves and their children safe and to improve their futures and life chances. "It's my decisions and planning now, I am a much stronger person". Money raised will go towards their Last Resort Fund to help over 100 families' everyday to move on from fear and abuse.

£75-To pay for someone who is at risk to have their locks changed.
£100-One person to go through the Recovery Tool Kit 12 week course.
I want to take part in the Franklins £50 Challenge to help raise as much money as possible for this fantastic local charity.
