Mobex Challenge does exactly what it says - it challenges young people in a number of ways: Getting up on time Being prepared for the activity Setting themselves goals to move ahead by taking them out of their comfort zone. If a young person who is frightened of abseiling off a cliff and then does it then they have the ability to move forward in applying for jobs and going through an interview. Mobex Challenge provides the skills to cope with these environments.

Young people will gain in confidence and gain employment, training, further education or volunteering.
