I am running a Mum & Baby Yoga in the Park class to raise money for Mothers for Mothers. This fantastic local charity supports women who suffer from depression, anxiety and other mental health issues whilst pregnant or following the birth of their babies. It is a subject close to my heart as I suffered with Postnatal Depression following the birth of my son seven years ago. Motherhood can be the most wonderful time but it can also be a very lonely and scary time for so many. Mothers for Mothers reaches out and lets people know that they are not alone and supports them on their journeys whether that is at one of their groups or through counselling or the brilliant Reach telephone service. Lets get rid of the stigma and come together as a community.
