Bristol | Health & Wellbeing
Talking to someone about your emotional wellbeing can help make sure you get the help and support you need.
We are a group of mothers who have suffered isolation, depression or anxiety, during pregnancy or after the birth of one or more of one of our babies. We offer support, to women across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Our services include a helpline (open Monday to Friday 10.00am - 9pm), regular support calls and home visits; art psychotherapy and counselling; and regular peer support groups.
