This is a monthly workshop catering for approx 60 members with varying degrees of learning difficulty. Each individual contributes to the best of their ability. At Christmas the members entertain an audience of over 250 people to a celebration of their talents. The Charity has various musical instruments which are played at the workshops. Singing instruction is offered by a professional Music Facilitator. Drumming and percussion lessons are also available.

Our membership with a learning difficulty (LD) all enjoy participating in musical activities. This project offers them the opportunity to create music in groups. The workhop is held on a Sunday afternoon when there is a lack of facilities available to our vulnerable membership. This project offers appreciated respite to our members' carers and family members. As a result of attending our end of year Concert the local community becomes more aware of the considerable talents of our membership.

That the membership who all have some degree of LD feel confident to perform together - whether with instruments or through singing. Staff and Charity volunteers have seen a vast improvement in concentration and confidence amongst the membership as a result of participation in these workshops. The comments from audience members at the annual Concerts are extremely positive - each year we hear the words "that was the best Concert yet......"
