My journey from c25k to ultra running is taking its next step ,2 years ago I couldn't run half a mile ,after years battling mental illness and bad living I took up running ,this may I'm taking on the dukeires 40 mile ultra ,I want to use this opportunity to rise money and awareness for harmless , a charity that helps with self harm and suicide prevention, please give if you can and go look the charity up ,thank you
