The Laurence Trust Charity raises awareness of Male eating disorders and related mental health issues. The Charity was formed from the untimely passing of Laurence Nugent- who died of an eating disorder aged just 24 years old. Laurence's family started the Charity to bring to the attention of Northern Ireland the silent suffering of young men with an eating disorder. They provide an online support service to sufferers and their families, and share preventative awareness education throughout the Province. They also run a helpline for men 7 days a week from 6pm to 9pm. If you would like to donate to this very worthwhile Charity, I am running three half marathons in three weeks. to help raise funds. I will be running the North London half on 12th March, The Larne Half on 18th March and The Omagh Half on 01st April. Any and every donation is welcome. Please feel free to have a look at the website. www.thelaurencetrust.co.uk or the Facebook page which is The Laurence Trust. This is a small local Charity which is run by a small dedicated hardworking group of people. Thank you for taking the time to read Laurence's story. Nick
