It's my first full marathon! I have been thinking of my amazing friend James Kouzaris, and the wonderful James Copper every time I go out training. On 16 April 2011 they were tragically shot dead in Sarasota, Florida. They were two incredibly inspirational characters, and a love for life.
Always A Chance is a fantastic charity set up in their memory. The projects they are funding include initiatives to encourage young people who are outside full time education and employment to re-engage with the education system or support them as they take their first steps into employment.
