The overall aim of Get Fit 4 Mental Wellness is to provide a holistic approach to promoting mental and physical wellness.
We also run free mental health workshops including 'Dealing with Anxiety', 'Suicide Awareness' and 'Loss and Grief'.
At Get Fit, we know the importance of maintaining good mental health and, as such, the team have created a ground-breaking 8-week Mental Wellness Programme™ where participants can access life changing therapy, psycho-education, fitness and nutritional advice.
We have a large online community showing regular, interactive live videos for people who are having difficulties, as well as an open forum for people to connect, share wellness tips or reach out if they need support.
