I am supporting the Friends of Jubilee Pool (which is in Knowle, Bristol), who plan to save it from closure. Bristol Council will close this pool unless it can be brought into community ownership. Many people who can currently walk to the pool would have to travel by bus, car or bike to get to the nearest leisure centre at Hengrove. As a child I learnt to swim there. I will be taking part by swimming for an hour - nothing too difficult!
