The Project Director manages the charity, its staff and finances on a day to day basis. This is an essential position as the person is also the link between voluntary, public and private sectors encouraging partnerships and helping to create opportunities for community groups to partake in outdoor activities.

The Project Director's post is essential to the sustainability and development of the charity. Without this post the charity would not function to the best of its ability. This post has developed Mobex to where it is today - supporting the community through postive outdoor and arts activities. The post provides leadership within the charity but also leadership, partnership and creativity among other voluntary sector groups.

The charity continues to support vulnerable and disadvantaged people. New projects are developed that address the concerns of individuals and community groups.
