Unwrapped swung open its doors in September 2019 as Ely's first Refill Larder and GREENgrocery providing supported learning placements for people with additional needs, our Co-workers.  Unwrapped created an eco-revolution in the heart of Ely, providing ethical, eco and sustainable shoppers a way to shop differently and support a local social enterprise.  Unwrapped has been created in partnership with lots of amazing organisations, groups and people, too many to mention here. Unwrapped's initial start up was funded by Cambridgeshire Community Foundation/CCC Innovate and Cultivate Grant, the East Cambs Economic Development Fund and lots of crowdfunding.  Since opening we have attracted lots of customers, Co-workers, volunteers and more funders too. 
Unwrapped is a social enterprise, trading organic, seasonal produce, products and serving seasonal light bite menus - putting people with additional needs at the heart of the operation, behind the till, in front of the amazing barista pro coffee machine and serving the amazing customers.
Unwrapped welcomes donations, grants and crowdfunding for all of its future plans (Team Unwrapped have more creative ideas than cups of coffee - so that's a lot). Donating here will give us a little pot of funding to unwrapped a whole lot more magic.
