As most people are aware me and my partner have a wonderful daughter who has Down Syndrome. Since before her 1st birthday we have been privileged to attend the Hawthorn Centre run by Leeds Mencap. This centre has helped Connie endlessly with her development. Doing this walk is mine and my families way of giving a little bit back.
