My sister Sarah means the world to me. She makes me laugh, keeps me in line and makes sure that I'm stylish when I go out with her so as not to embarrass her!
Macclesfield Speaking Up Speaking Out (SUSO) is an organisation – run with and for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. They provide a drop in centre to tackle social isolation and raise awareness about learning disability issues.

SUSO and the Parachute drop in centre are extremely valuable to Sarah and our family. At the moment, the future of the organisation is unclear based on funding - every penny counts! In August I will be doing a 100 mile cycle ride to raise money for this important charity and would be blessed if you are able to support me.
