Rebecca and mikes move more in march challenge

Rebecca and mike are brother and sister who live in Barry they both have a rare genetic condition 2q23.1microdeletion syndrome which causes learning difficulties autism and epilepsy Rebecca has been a service user at vale plus a local charity that provides day services for adults with learning disabilities for many years but they have been closed since last March due to the covid pandemic during that time they have provided fantastic  home support not only her but her brother as well providing them with online classes activity packs and family support. Rebecca and mike are both taking part in move more in march by exercising for two hours every day to raise money for this fabulous charity  and get themselves moving
