Rebuild the vertical faces of the banks to prevent them collapsing onto the green, providing a safe horizontal surface above the bank

The existence of the bowling club and realisation of its aims depend upon having a playable green and safe surrounds.

The intention is to renovate the banks during the closed season. The existing structure will be removed and replaced with a solid breeze block wall to which new wooden boards will be fixed. The top of the banks will then be given a safe level surface. It will enable the community to continue playing this sport
