EGO is our favourite community arts venue in the centre of Coventry. EGO is a small but really important charity and every pound really does count to them.
We strongly believe that the arts should be for everyone regardless of age, race, social background or ability - so do EGO.

"Using multidisciplinary arts programs EGO encourages communication and learning across generations whilst embracing and celebrating the diversity within communities. Through support and the sharing of our professional expertise we encourage everyone we work with to take creative risks, seek out new challenges, and give back to the community. EGO provides the training, support and resources required to create innovative, relevant and exciting projects that benefit those most in need.
EGO, being placed in the heart of the City, provides access to all local communities to come together, break down barriers and create exciting performances. We keep our membership costs as low as possible and subsidise members who are experiencing hardship. We encourage volunteering, believing that giving to your community fosters a sense of belonging and enhances self esteem."
