Hi, I’m Reuben, and I’m 19 years old. On the 16th of March 2025, I’ll be running a marathon to raise money for Lads Need Dads (LND). This date is especially meaningful to me as it marks the 10th anniversary of my Dads passing.

LND provides long-term support and intervention for boys growing up without a father figure. Their programme includes group work to tackle the challenges boys face as they grow up, outdoor activities, practical life skills, community volunteering, trips, and much more.

I joined LND in 2018, where I met other boys who had also lost their father. Over the years, I gained invaluable skills and support through LND, and I’m so grateful for the impact they’ve had on my life.

Running this marathon in memory of my dad is my way of giving back to an organisation that helped me through one of the toughest times of my life. If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, it would mean the world to me. Thank you so much for your support!
