Bath Half Marathon - Off the Record Bath.

First - What the hell am I thinking... After finding out about Off The Record Bath and the amazing work they do I couldn't not sign up to do the marathon to fund raise for them. For those of you that don't know Off The Record (OTR) are an organisation that help specifically young people with their emotional well being as well as mental health bullying general health issues and so much more. They work together with young people across Bath to ensure they have a safe space, a person to speak to and most importantly somebody to listen. Raising awareness for subjects like these are so important. They help inform and educate young people as well as helping them develop awareness surrounding issues such as sexual health, alcohol, drugs and so many more issues that are affecting young people. In particular their support for the young LGBTQ+ community is something that drove me to enter myself into the marathon in order to raise as much as I can for such a great place. the SPACE LGBTQ Youth Group is something I am keen to get involved with as a volunteer and hopefully between now and the marathon I can be a part of such a wonder group. Absolutely anything you can donate is a massive help, and please if you can get involved with Off the Record as much as you possibly can. Thank You!
