Roman , is currently studying at Manchester YMCA, he hopes to pursue a career in sports and business. Roman has recently discovered the joy of running and has committed to run his first race for the benefit of others. He has signed up to the BigXmas run at Sale Water Park. . He will be running the 11k race .
We are very proud of him  that he has dedicated  his first run to help others. He is an inspiration

The project he is running for is:

Champions 4 Change (C4C), which  supports people who have long-term physical and/or mental health conditions and have been referred to us by a GP/ and or other charities, to establish a physically active and healthier lifestyle to improve their overall wellbeing. Predominantly the clients  come from areas of deprivation, and from vulnerable communities

What your donations will do

For every £25 donated means that a specialised Personal Training  session can be delivered to a person who has physical or mental health issues

For every £50 donated a 2 therapeutic and life coaching  session can be delivered to facilitate a positive mindset

£500 will put someone through an intensive 3 month programme

What clients have said

" it has changed my life, i couldn't walk with out a walking aid, i felt tired and anxious all the time,  now i can walk freely, i have more energy and feel much calmer. It has given me more that I expected. I feel better in myself in every way'

"I used to have high blood pressure and sleep aponia before i came onto the programme. My blood pressure is now normal and i no longer have sleep aponia. Its amazing to think that something as simple as regular exercise , good nutrient can turn your life around so quickly. The staff area amazing and without their constant support and belief i couldn't have made it."

Please donate in aid of a great cause 🙌
