Bea and I are doing our first half marathon at 17 to raise money for Off The Record, a youth mental health charity. OTR provides a range of free services including counselling, listening support, youth participation, advocacy and specialist groups, support for care leavers and a LGBTQ+ focused youth group. These services are crucial for young people struggling with mental health issues and we, as teenagers, are incredibly grateful for the work they do around BANES. We wanted to show our gratitude by raising money that will go towards these incredible youth groups and services that OTR BANES provide.
