Mental health awareness is so very important and so during September we have decided to support a local project who are at the forefront of mental health provision in our local community.
All of our runs in September will be in aid of the Tomorrow Project. Starting with the Not The Crossdale 10k & including the big one........the Rushcliffe 100km.
