Joanna and I recently thought that it would be a great idea if we signed up and run the Bath 1/2 together...
Now with 9 days before the race and only a couple of training runs under our belts, we are beginning to doubt ourselves...
To help us through what promises to be a tough run (probably in the rain!) we have decided to raise funds for the Bath based charity "off the record".
For those who haven't heard about this excellent charity, off the record is a charity that prides itself on providing a range of free, confidential and independent services for children and young people with the aim of supporting their development of their emotional health and well-being.
We would therefore be extremely grateful if you would be able to sponsor us, no matter how big or small the donation, it will all add up and go towards a great cause.
As we are fundraising late in the day, to encourage you to dig a little deeper, if we raise £300, Joanna has promised (much to my embarrassment) to dress up and run as a vinyl record...
To encourage a few of my friends to dig a little deeper, if we raise £500, I have agreed (much to Joanna's delight) to also run dressed as a vinyl record....
